Our trademarks may not be used without our prior written consent.

You may provide input to the Service, including lyrics, text prompts, and queries ("User-Submitted Content"). You retain any ownership rights you have in your User-Submitted Content. However, by providing User-Submitted Content to the Service, you grant rockslide.ai™ a perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, transferable, assignable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, create derivative works from, and otherwise exploit your User-Submitted Content for any purpose whatsoever, including but not limited to providing, improving, and marketing the Service and developing and training our AI models.

3.3. Service-Generated Content and License Grant to Us

You retain all of your rights, including copyright, in the audio, visual, and written content you create using the Service ("Service-Generated Content"). You are responsible for the content you create and for ensuring it does not violate the rights of any third party. Further, you grant rockslide.ai™ a perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, transferable, assignable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, create derivative works from, distribute, and otherwise exploit the Service-Generated Content for any purpose whatsoever, including but not limited to training our AI models, creating derivative works, and for marketing and promotional purposes.

4. User Conduct and Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. You agree not to create content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, promotes violence or hatred, targets or harasses individuals or groups, or infringes upon the intellectual property or other rights of any third party. We reserve the right to block access for violations of these terms.

5. Copyright Infringement (DMCA Policy)

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any content on the Service infringes upon your copyright, please submit a notification pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) by providing our Copyright Agent with the information required by the DMCA in writing. 6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. rockslide.ai™ makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that the Service-Generated Content will be accurate, complete, reliable, or meet your specific requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall rockslide.ai™, its owner, affiliates, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless rockslide.ai™ and its owner from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Westchester County, New York to resolve any legal matter arising from these Terms.

10. Dispute Resolution by Binding Arbitration

You and rockslide.ai™ agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of these Terms or the use of the Services will be resolved by binding arbitration, except that each party retains the right to bring an individual action in small claims court and to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent infringement of intellectual property rights. YOU AND ROCKSLIDE.AI™ WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY OR TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION.

11. General Provisions

11.1. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post the most current version on our site. By continuing to use the Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

11.2. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach the Terms.

11.3. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and rockslide.ai™ regarding our Service.
